Buy from wherever you want. 
Local garage with average knowledge fits it for almost nothing, if you not consider doing it yourself.

I was looking at several online shops but here is three more questions:
1) Do you just buy the tow bar online, and get it delivered at home? I guess that could work, of course.
2) How does it work here in Sweden with car modifications? Do you need papers to show the Transportstyrelsen for the yearly check?
3) How about the electrics? I guess I will need lights to work properly when I'm on the road
Thanks for your replies I'm considering doing it myself, I just need some tips on where to order stuff online (but I guess I can just check a few shops/forums) and how it works with authorities, if you need some official papers for the job.
