Nope, usually you can not pay with Euro in Sweden or Norway.
There are no taxes to change currency but the banks will always steal some of the amount.

and one thing you shoud know....there are allmost none gas/diesel automats that work on cash/bills, card or cash when garage is open!

ok if i have undestand
automat fuel pump (where you payed 24h/24h with card) doesn't exist
so what time closed the fuel station I hope there are many fuel sttionin the north of sweden and in norge 
or if not i take jerrican...
for ATM machine i know that i can take money by our mastercard,international , but our bank take 1.88% of the sum +4€ by withdrawal so if i take 20 euros it cost to me nearly 26€ 
and so i m not happy so maybe we take cash
