Yes, there is regular off road meets every second Saturday, it's hosted by a general off road club but usually the majority of cars are Land Rovers 
Meeting details, in Swedish under the Distrikt Stockholm part of the forum, there is also a regular, last Saturday of each month a meet at a café close to Drottningholm castle. Brostugan which is located on Kärsön.

Normally the LR drivers meet at the OKQ8 gas station besides E18, exit called Roslagsstoppet and Rimbo, 08:30 in the morning for driving up to the site where there is mandatory check in no later than 09:30 for access to the area.

We have a bigger meet about 50 km north of Uppsala on February 7, when we celebrate our clubs 22nd birthday, welcome there. Will be both some off roading and trial.
